At the Centre of Excellence, we believe strong families build resilient communities. That’s why we’ve designed our youth and family empowerment programs to support people at every stage of life — from childhood to parenthood and everything in between.
Through our Change Makers Project, we empower BAME youth with vocational training, mental health support, and mentorship. We help young people build confidence, navigate systemic barriers, and see new possibilities for their futures.
Our Mother & Daughter Program creates safe, nurturing spaces for women and girls to connect, learn, and grow together. These sessions focus on communication, self-esteem, and goal setting — and offer personalised support for educational and career aspirations.
Meanwhile, our Father & Son Program promotes emotional literacy, responsibility, and positive masculinity through shared activities and group sessions.
Together, these programs strengthen family relationships, build generational understanding, and equip young people with the tools they need to thrive. We’re not just raising resilient families — we’re cultivating a new generation of leaders.
